To get answers on tough questions like: Is there a God? Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I going?

Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting. The Alpha course usually meets once a week for 10 weeks. In each session, people enjoy great food or a snack, laughter and learning in a fun and friendly atmosphere where no question about life or God is seen as too simple or too hostile. Questions like: Is there a God? Why am I here? Where did I come from? Where am I going?

Alpha is for anyone; anyone who thinks there may be more to life than meets the eye. People attend from all backgrounds, religions, and viewpoints. They come to investigate questions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, the afterlife, the claims of Jesus and more. Some people want to get beyond religion and find a relationship with God that really changes life. Others come for the close, long-lasting friendships that are built during the Alpha course.
Many guests have never been to church, others may have attended church occasionally but feel they have never really understood the basics of the Christian faith. Everyone is welcome.

To patricipate in the School of Life as a new believer for the purpose of total transformation that will give birth to the character of Christ in the believer.

All believers should go through the Consolidation process, at the heart of which lies the Encounter experience.

In the School of Life sessions, the new believer will study themes related to his or her new life in Jesus. Someone from the cell group personally takes the new believer through several Bible studies. These cover topics such as the certainty of salvation, the power of prayer, the power of the Word and principles of deliverance.
 
We need a genuine Encounter with God in order to bring about a total transformation in our lives. It is also an Encounter with yourself, when you look inside your life to see the changes that God wants you to make. Finally, the Encounter will take you into the depth of the cell vision, making you reflect on the actual situation of the world and its desperate need of the Saviour. The School of Life is a preparation for the training that takes place at the next level Institute for Spiritual Growth.

In 2 Timothy 2:2, Paul made it clear to Timothy that he should pass on and entrust only the teaching and instructions that he learned from Paul to reliable and faithful people. They in turn would then be competent and qualified to teach others. No one can teach and talk about what they have not experienced or received. They cannot see the spiritual world if their eyes have not been opened.
